      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Defsecintel Solutions OÜ on 2018. aastal asutatud kaitsetööstuse tehnoloogia ettevõte, mille eesmärk on arendada automatiseeritud seire- ja droonitõrje lahendusi ning tooteid sisejulgeoleku ja kaitsevaldkonnas.

      Ettevõtte toodeteks on treileri baasile ehitatud mobiilne torn koos droonijaamaga SurveilSPIRE (mobile autonomous surveillance platform

      MASP), ning 4x4 sõidukitele paigaldatav süsteem CAIMAN, mis sisaldab erinevaid sensorsüsteeme seire teostamiseks ja droonide avastamise ja mõjutamise süsteem EIRSHIELD. Kõikide Defsecintel Solutions toodete juhtimine ja kontrollimine toimub läbi C2ISR tarkvaraplatvormi, mis on varustatud erinevate AI-algoritmide ja liidestega kolmandatesse süsteemidesse.

      Ülevaade majandustegevusest 2024. aastal 2024. aastal jätkus koostöö Saksamaa kaitsetööstuse ettevõtetega. Rheinmetalliga koostöös jätkati SurveilSPIRE CUAS, CAIMAN CUAS ja

      CAIMAN STSS süsteemide tarnimist Ukrainasse. Argus Interceptoriga jätkati CUAS süsteemide arendust ja integratsiooni. 2024.aastal tarniti ka esimesed CUAS süsteemid EIRSHIELD Saksamaale.

      2024. aastal võideti riigihanke PPA seireplatvorm SurveilSPIRE tarnimiseks Euroopa/NATO idapiirile. Lisaks sõlmiti arendusleping Eesti

      Kaitseväega, mille raames luuakse mehitamata laeva (USV) võimekus Eesti Mereväele.

      2024. aasta jooksul valiti Defsecintel Solutions riiklikuks TOP1 Innovaatoriks ja TOP3 eksportööriks ning Äripäeva erimetallitööde TOP1.

      Ettevõtte hinnangul tegevusega kaasnevaid olulisi keskkonna- ja sotsiaalseid mõjusid ei esinenud.

      Investeeringud 2024. aastal suurendas ettevõtte investeerimist kõikidesse toodetesse ja alustati uute toodete arendust – mehitamata paat (USV) ja anti-droon mõjutaja (interceptor). Mehitamata paadi arenduseks loodi tütarettevõte Sirentech Solutions OÜ.

      Uurimis- ja arendustegevuse projektid

      Jätkati uute tooteideede uurimistegevust ning prototüüpimist. Lisaks osaleti EDF uurimisprojekti konsortsiumite PEONEER, AI4DEF, EDOCC ja

      FaRADAI plaanipärastest tegevustes ning võideti uus projekt HSM4COM, mille tegevused algavad 2025 aastal.

      Peamised tegevused aastaks 2025 2025. aastal on kõige olulisem jätkata koostööd Saksa partneritega ning leida uusi koostööpartnereid Euroopa kaitsetööstusfirmade hulgast.

      Samuti jätkatakse toodete tutvustamist Euroopas ja lähiregioonis. Ettevõte jätkab uute tooteideede prototüüpimist ning seonduvatesse valdkondadesse sisenemise uurimist. 2025. aastal on plaanis avada uus tehas Eestis ning kaalutakse laienemist Euroopas.
