      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      OREA OÜ (edaspidi OREA) on finantsnõustamisteenust pakkuv ettevõte. Aruandeperioodil pakkus OREA finantsnõustamist ja raamatupidamisteenuseid peaasjalikult oma püsiklientidele Eestis. Ettevõte omab ka finantsinvesteeringute portfelli mille juhtimisega ettevõte aktiivselt tegeleb. Finantsinvesteeringute tegemisel lähtutakse pigem konservatiivsest strateegiast ning peamisteks inveseerimisobjektideks on

      Euroopa suurettevõtete aktsiad, võlakirjad ning ka rahaturgude instrumendid (sealhulgas tähtajalised deposiidid) eesmärgiga teenida portfellilt jooksvaid rahavoogusid.

      2023. aastal suurenesid OREA käive ja kasum. Seoses finantsturgude taastumisega on tõusnud ettevõtte finantsinvesteeringute väärtus ja seeläbi ka kasumlikus. 2024. aasta osas ootab ettevõtte juhtkond majandustegevuse jätkumist.
