      Ettevõtte juhatus on teadlik negatiivsest omakapitalist ning üritab selle taastada tulevaste perioodide kasumi arvelt.

      Ettearvamatu kahjumi tekitas eelkõige 2022.a. alanud sõjategevuse negatiivne mõju ehitusmaterjalide hindadele ja sellega seoses töös olevate objektide kulu osa suurenemine arvestades eelarvestatuga.

      Samuti mõjub väikesele ehitusettevõttele keeruliselt, kui tellijad kasutavad ära tekkinud olukorda maksete viivitamisega. Vaidluseid on lihtne tekitada ning nad on üldjuhul pikad ja ressursirohked.
