      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Sissejuhatus

      Sailing Center OÜ on asutatud 31.08.2018. Sailing Center OÜ põhitegevusalaks on regattide ning kruiiside korraldamine ja paatide rentimine.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum

      Aruandeperioodil moodustas Sailing Center OÜ müügitulu 3 251 eurot (2022 : 22 372 eurot). Müügitulust moodustas 100% teenuste müük

      Eestisse.

      Aruandeperioodi tegevuse tulemiks kujunes kahjum 19 735 eurot (2022 : kasum 3 795 eurot).

      Investeeringud

      Investeeringuid põhivarasse majandusaastal ei tehtud. Investeeriti põhivarasse 2022 aastal 16 895 eurot.

      Personal 2023. aastal oli ettevõttel lühiajaliselt 1 töötaja ning palgakulud moodustasid 4 000 eurot ja sotsiaalmaksukulud 1 352 eurot. Juhatuse tasusid ei makstud. Sailing Center OÜ 2022.aastal töötajaid ei olnud ja töötasusid ning juhatuse tasusid ei makstud.

      Eesmärgid järgmiseks majandusaastaks

      Sailing Center OÜ netovara on negatiivne ja ei vasta äriseadustikus toodud nõuetele. Ettevõtte juhatus on otsustanud, et kui 2024 kevad-suvisel hooajal ei õnnestu tegevust käivitada ja tulusid suurendada, alustada ettevõtte likvideerimise protsessiga.
