      Kohvifoorum OÜ asutati 20.09.2018.a. Ettevõtte põhitegevuseks on kohvimasinate ja nendega seotud lisaseadmete remont ja müük. 2024.

      aasta alguses nimetati ettevõte ümber SAMETRADES OÜ-ks.

      SAMETRADE OÜ juhatus koosneb ühest liikmest, töötasu ei makstud.

      Aruande netovara ei vasta seaduses toodud nõudele. Osaühingu omakapitali on vähem kui seadusegalubatud minimaalne osakapitali suurus (2500 eurot). Selle peamiseks põhjuseks oli kahjum, mis on seotud äri arenemisega. Ettevõtte on juhatuse hinnangul jätkuvalt tegutsev. Kahjum kaetakse järgmiste aastate kasumiga.
