      SARBUSS LOGISTICS OÜ tegevusaruanne 2022

      Sarbuss Logistics OÜ alustas majandustegevusega novembris 2018.

      Ettevõte loodi eesmärgiga pakkuda ühistransporditeenust Eesti maakondade vahelistel kaugliinidel.

      Sarbuss Logistics OÜ osakapital on 2’500 eurot. Ettevõttel on üheliikmeline juhatus. Juhatuse liikmetele ei ole tasusid makstud.

      Tugev tagasilöök majandustegevusele tuli märtsis 2020 levima hakanud koroonaviiruse tõttu, mis peatas mitmeks kuuks täielikult bussitranspordi. Kõige raskemas seisus olid piletitulust elatuvad kommertsliinid.

      Ettevõte kasutas Töötukassa poolt võimaldatud töötasu toetust töötajatele palga maksmiseks.

      2020. aasta detsembris oli ettevõte sunnitud lõplikult liiniveo katkestama seoses uue koroonalainega, lisaks ei olnud SEB liising samuti valmis sõlmima ettevõttega uut korrektset busside liisinglepingut See kõik tingis selle, et kriisi üleelamiseks täiendavat investeeringut ei õnnestunud leida ja äriühingu tegevus peatus. Hetkel ettevõte liiniveoteenust ei osuta. Juhatus proovib leida uusi väljundeid, et tasuda eelpool nimetatud asjaoludest tekkinud võlad partneritele ja eelkõige EMTA-le.
