      Rak Elekter Osaühing asutati otoober 2018.a. ning registreeriti 08.10.2018. a. Põhitegevus algas oktoobris 2018. a. Juhatus koosnes 2024.a.

      ühest liikmest. Aruandeaastal juhatuse liikmed tasu ei saanud. Tasu maksti juhatuse liikmele töölepingu aluselt tööülesannete täitmise eest.
