      Armenson Capital OÜ (edaspidi Fondivalitseja) on registreeritud väikefondi valitsejana vastavalt Finantsinspektsiooni juhatuse 20.02.2023 otsusele nr 4.1-1/28.

      Fondivalitseja osakapital suurendati 2025. aastal 25 000 euroni.

      Fondivalitseja on täisosanikuna asutanud usaldusfondi Armenson Capital Usaldusfond, mis tegutseb alates 2023. aastast.

      Fondivalitseja 2025. majandusaasta müügitulu oli 74 093 eurot ning puhaskasum 58 442 eurot.

      Eelmisel majandusaastal olid vastavad näitajad: müügitulu 50 680 eurot ja puhaskasum 42 103 eurot.

      Järgmisel majandusaastal on Fondivalitsejal plaanis jätkata samal tegevusalal.
