      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Seisuga 31.12.2023 on YME Investments OÜ omakapitali järel vähem kui pool osakapitalist ja vähem kui seadusega lubatud minimaalne osakapitali suurus (2500 eurot). Vaatamata sellele on ettevõte maksevõimeline ning suudab täita oma kohustusi. Kõige suuremaks lühiajaliseks kohustuseks on omanike poolt antud laenud ning aruande koostamisel hetkel ei ole omanikud avaldanud soovi laenu tagasi saada. Ettevõtte juhatus prognoosib, et omakapitali miinimumnõue saab seadusega vastavusse viidud 2024.aasta lõpuks.

      2024.aastal jätkatakse tegevust.
