      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      OÜ Pärnu Heakorrateenused põhitegevusalaks on hoonete üldpuhastus ja kinnisvara hooldus. Lisaks pakuti lisategevusena 2024 aastal ka ehitusteenust, mis moodustas 25,64% ettevõtte kogukäibest.

      2024 aasta kogu käibeks kujunes 271 639 eurot ja majandusaasta lõppes kahjumiga, kuid aasta jooksul soetati ka mitmeid tehnika seadmeid, mis suurendasid otseseid kulusi, samuti suurendas kahjumit üha kasvav palgasurve, mida majandusaasta alguses ei osatud ette näha.

      Müügikäive võrreldes 2023 aastaga vähenes üle 20%.

      2025 aastal jätkatakse tegevust põhitegevusena hoonete üldpuhastuses ja kinnisvara hoolduses, kuid endiselt lisa tegevusena pakutakse ka ehitusteenust, mille vajadus tuleneb just koostöös erinevate korterühistutega. Ettevõte on jõudsalt arenenud ning on saavutatud stabiilne sissetulek samuti on säilinud head koostööd pikaajaliste klientidega. Plaanis on soetada juurde mõned uued masinad/seadmed, et teenuste kvaliteeti ning efektiivsust tõsta.
