The Company Story

We support people who seek relief and internal balance - as people who want to suffer less from the effects of the past and to be more able to live consciously with their emotions. We work calmly and compassionately to create a safe space where you can explore the difficulties experienced and find solutions that support everyday life.

Many people have problems with anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, low self-esteem, addictions or complex relationships. These conditions are exhausting, altering feeling and hindering personal development; often an approach that goes below the level of symptoms and helps to detect repetitive patterns and their roots is needed.

The offer is individual therapeutic work, supervised meditation for home practice and future courses, a suitable whole to support sustainable human change. The difference is the practice-based PRISTINE method, which combines an approach to subconscious work, body awareness and heart-based work. A small, therapeutic-led practice allows direct contact and personal attention, and meditations provide an opportunity to continue working independently at home.
