      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      P137 OÜ omandas 2019. aastal kinnisvarainvesteeringu aadressil Pärnu mnt 137 eesmärgiga arendada kaubandus- ja äripindu, samuti ka kortereid. P137 OÜ arendus on Eesti esimene LEED GOLD kortermaja projekt.

      2021. aastal saadi Vektori arendusprojektile ehitusluba ja sõlmiti hanke tulemusena leping peatöövõtuks Nordecon AS-iga 200 korteri, 10 000 m2 äripindade ja parkimismaja ehituseks. 2023. aasta lõpuks oli eelmüüdud pooled korterid ja ehitus jätkub tavapäraselt. Arendusprojekt Vektor valmib 2024. aastal ning aruande esitamise ajaks on suurem osa eelmüüdud kortereid üle antud.
