Tegevusaruanne 2023

Juhtimisjalajälg OÜ on loodud eelkõige juhtide ja nende meeskondade arengu toetamiseks läbi koolituste, mentorluse, grupikonsultatsioonide ja holistilise regressiooniteraapia.

2023.aastal oli ettevõtte fookus organisatsioonisiseste juhtimiskoolituste ja juhtide arenguprogrammide loomisel ja elluviimisel. Alustati ja jätkati mitmeid pikaajalisi koostöid avalikus ja erasektoris juhtide ja meeskondade koolitamisel. Jaanuarist algas holistilise regressiooniteraapia teenuse pakkumine individuaalseks klienditööks. Aasta jooksul tehti ka mitmeid projekte koostöös mõne teise koolitusettevõttega. Läbi 2023.aasta jätkus investeering teraapiatöö arendamiseks, turundustegevus 2022.aasta lõpus ilmunud raamatule “Juhtimise jalajälg” ning iganädalane podcast “Juhtimine juhtimiseta”, samuti majutuskeskuse arendamisel. Ettevõtte nähtavust aitas veelgi tõsta süsteemne ja professionaalse abiga loodud turundusstrateegia LinkedIn kanalis.

2024.aasta fookus on teraapiavaldkonnas täiendõppe läbimine ning jätkub koostöö seniste klientidega juhtimiskoolituste osas (erasektor, avalik sektor). Algavad mitmed uued pikaajalised koostööprojektid erasektoris ning asutakse osalema avaliku sektori hangetes. Taasaktiveeritakse individuaalsete mentorluste teenuse pakkumine. Aasta jooksul osaletakse mitmetel välismaistel konverentsidel osalejana ja kodumaistel esinejana. Ettevõtte pikemaajaliste uute ärisuundade arendamisel on fookus kinnisvarasse investeerimisel ning rahvusvahelise koostöövõrgustiku loomisel fookusega Euroopale ja Brasiiliale. Eestis jätkub senine juhtimiskoolituste pakkumine ning teraapia ja enesearenguvaldkonna turundamiseks uute turunduskanalite kasutuselevõtt sotsiaalmeedias. Jätkub pidev ettevõtte juhi ja koolitaja arengusse investeerimine terapeudi ja koolitajana.
