      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Juhtimisjalajälg OÜ on loodud juhtide ja nende meeskondade eneseteadliku arengu toetamiseks, ühendades süvapsühholoogia, süsteemse mõtlemise ja holistilise lähenemise juhtimisse. Ettevõtte tegevuse keskmeks on koolitused juhtidele ja meeskondadele, mentorlus juhtidele, grupikonsultatsioonid, holistiline regressiooniteraapia ning holistilise treeningu läbiviimine.

      2025.aastal jätkus ettevõtte tegevuse arendamine nii olemasolevate koostöösuhete hoidmise kui ka uute arengusuundade kujundamise kaudu.

      Olulise arenguna süvenes koostöö Holistika Instituudiga, mis kujunes ettevõtte jaoks oluliseks partnerlussuunaks. Samuti jätkus juhatuse liikme erialane enesetäiendamine organisatsioonikonstellatsiooni ja süsteemse sekkumise väljaõppes. Aruandeaastal jätkati koolitus- ja arenguprojektide elluviimist nii era- kui avalikus sektoris. Rahvusvahelise tegevussuunana arendati edasi kontakte Brasiilias ning jätkus eeltöö võimalike koostööprojektide ja retriitide korraldamisega seotud võimaluste hindamiseks. Jätkus investeerimine juhatuse liikme professionaalsesse arengusse, sealhulgas osalemine Edu Kiirendi mastermind-programmis. Ettevõtte nähtavuse suurendamiseks jätkati koostööd meediaagentuuriga, mille eesmärk oli toetada ettevõtte ja juhatuse liikme laiemat kajastamist avalikus meedias.
