      Juhtimisjalajälg OÜ on loodud juhtide ja nende meeskondade eneseteadliku arengu toetamiseks, ühendades süvapsühholoogia, süsteemse mõtlemise ja holistilise lähenemise juhtimisse. Ettevõtte tegevuse keskmeks on koolitused juhtidele ja meeskondadele, mentorlus juhtidele, grupikonsultatsioonid, holistiline regressiooniteraapia ning holistilise treeningu läbiviimine.

      2024.aastal sai juhatuse liige kutsetunnistuse holistilises regressiooniteraapias, alustas õpinguid pere- ja organisatsioonikonstellatsioonide teemal. Jätkus koostöö seniste partneritega nii era- kui avalikus sektoris ning lisandusid mitmed uued arenguprogrammid (koostöö Holistika

      Instituudiga kui kõige uuema ja suurema koostööpartnerina). Suurendati nähtavust rahvusvahelisel tasandil, osaledes konverentsidel ning arendades kontakte Brasiilias. Jätkus koostöövõimaluste ja võimaliku retriitide korraldamise eeltöö Brasiilias. Jätkus järjepidev investeering ettevõtte juhi arengusse koolitaja, terapeudi ja inspiratsioonikõnelejana läbi erinevate arenguprogrammide. Algas koostöö meediaagentuuriga nähtavuse suurendamiseks meedias. Jätkusid arengud kinnisvarasse investeerimisel ja arendamisel koolitus- ja teraapiaruumina.
