      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Solar Wheel OÜ põhitegevus 2025. aastal oli päikeseenergia (PV) ja akusalvestuse (BESS) seadmete maaletoomine ja hulgimüük Sunecori kaubamärgi alt. Solar Wheel OÜ emaettevõte

      Diotech OÜ juhatus võttis 2024. aasta lõpus vastu otsuse, et seoses ümberkorraldustega emaettevõtte struktuuris viiakse kõik Solar Wheel OÜ töötajad emaettevõttesse alates 01.02.2025.

      Täiendavalt otsustas ainuosanik Diotech OÜ, et Solar Wheel OÜ tütarettevõte Solar Rent OÜ, mis tegeleb grupi päikeseelektri teenus- ning üürijaamade haldamisega, tuuakse jagunemise teel otse

      Diotech OÜ tütarettevõtteks. Muudatuste eesmärk oli korrastada grupi vaates struktuuri, et tagada ettevõtete efektiivsem juhtimine. Solar Wheel OÜ ja Solar Rent OÜ jagunemise protsessiga alustati 2024. aasta IV kvartalis, jagunemine viidi lõpuni 2025. a. I kvartalis 2025. aasta III kvartalist töötab ettevõttes täiskohaga 1 töötaja, kes vastutab seadmete sisseostu, logistika, lao ja müügi toimimise eest. Ettevõtte juhtimise eest vastutab juhatuse liige.

      Struktuursed muudatused emaettevõttes ja Solar Wheel OÜ-s on ennast õigustanud. 2025. aasta lõpetati 5,5 miljoni euro suuruse käibe juures 63 tuhande eurose kasumiga, sh. on märkimisväärselt vähendatud PV segmendi toodete kahjumlikku laojääki.

      2026. aastal jätkatakse taastuvenergia ja akusalvestite hulgimüügiga, sh. emaettevõtte projektidesse. Prognoosime olulist mahtude kasvu C&I segmendis ja sisenemist võrguskaala akusalvestite (Utility BESS) segmenti.

      2026. aastal on plaanis kasvatada ettevõtte tehnilist kompetentsi ning värvata tehnika- ja müügiinsenere.

      Solar Wheel OÜ juhatus on 1-liikmeline. Juhatuse liikmele 2025.a. tasu makstud ei ole.
