      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      FHL Digital Solutions OÜ omab majandustegevuse registri (MTR) väljastatud finantseerimisasutuse tegevusluba. Ettevõtte tegevus hõlmab finantsteenuseid.

      2023. aasta peamised investeeringud olid seotud tegevusloa taotluse elektronrahaasutuste litsentsiga.

      Aasta jooksul tehtud teadus- ja arendustegevus toimus EMI litsentsi saamise eesmärgil.

      Läbiviidud tegevused hõlmasid poliitika väljatöötamist, IT-infrastruktuuri arendamist ja muid seonduvaid tegevusi.

      Juhul, kui ettevõte jõuab lõpuni EMI-litsentside saamise menetlusega, plaanitakse 2024 käibe tekkimist. Ettevõttest kujuneb tegutsev finantsteenuste pakkuja.

      2024 on kavas taotleda elektroonilise rahaasutuse litsentsi.

      2024 plaanitakse investeerida ettevõttesse ligikaudu 350 000 eurot vastavalt EMI litsentsi nõuetele. Kapitali kaasatakse aktsionäridelt.
