      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      FHL Financial Solutions OÜ omab majandustegevuse registri (MTR) väljastatud finantseerimisasutuse tegevusluba. Ettevõtte tegevus hõlmab finantsteenuseid.

      2023 ja 2024.. aasta peamised investeeringud olid seotud tegevusloa taotluse elektronrahaasutuste litsentsiga.

      Aasta jooksul tehtud teadus- ja arendustegevus toimus EMI litsentsi saamise eesmärgil.

      Läbiviidud tegevused hõlmasid poliitika väljatöötamist, IT-infrastruktuuri arendamist ja muid seonduvaid tegevusi.

      Juhul, kui ettevõte jõuab lõpuni EMI-litsentside saamise menetlusega, plaanitakse 2024. käibe tekkimist. Ettevõttest kujuneb tegutsev finantsteenuste pakkuja.

      2025. plaanitakse investeerida ettevõttesse ligikaudu 500 000 eurot vastavalt EMI litsentsi nõuetele. Kapitali kaasatakse osanikelt.
