      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      OÜ Kõrve Keskus loodi 2019 aastal Oü Laviin nime all, eesmärgiga rentida välja kinnisvara.

      Samal aastal alustasime ka maade kokkuostuga, et arendada Tartu külje all kaasaegset äri sihtotstarbega rajooni.

      Ettevõte muutis 2020 aastal nime, uueks nimeks sai OÜ Kõrve Keskus.

      2023 alustasime rendituluks loodava ärimaja ehitusega Kõrveküla ja jätkasime äripargi väljaehitusega ning kõrval asuva väikese 6-ühikulise üksikpereelamu arendusega.

      2023 aasta müügitulu oli 405 565 eur ja kasum 80 053 eur.

      Juhatusele tasusid makstud pole.

      2024 aastal ettevõtte tegevus jätkub samal tegevusalal.
