      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      OÜ Kõrve Keskus loodi 2019 aastal Oü Laviin nime all, eesmärgiga rentida välja kinnisvara.

      Samal aastal alustasime ka maade kokkuostuga, et arendada Tartu külje all kaasaegset äri sihtotstarbega rajooni.

      Ettevõte muutis 2020 aastal nime, uueks nimeks sai OÜ Kõrve Keskus.

      2024 aasta müügitulu oli 1 497 618 eur ja kasum 269 289 eur.

      Juhatusele tasusid makstud pole.

      2025 aastal ettevõtte tegevus jätkub samal tegevusalal.
