      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      2025. majandusaasta 2005. aastal jätkas Benedixus OÜ varasematel aastatel alustatud strateegilise ümberpositsioneerimise elluviimist ning sisenes teadliku regulatiivse tegevusulatuse laiendamise etappi. Ettevõte tugevdas oma põhitegevust reguleeritud nõustamise ja investeerimisfondide struktureerimise valdkonnas, parandas oma finantsseisundit ning lõi aluse oma tegevuslubade ulatuse laiendamiseks Eesti ja Euroopa Liidu regulatiivses raamistikus.

      Ettevõte jätkas alternatiivsete investeerimisfondide (AIF) struktureerimise ja regulatiivse nõustamise kompetentsi arendamist, vastates Euroopa

      Liidus tegutsevate fondihaldurite ja investorite kasvavale nõudlusele. Aasta jooksul tugevnes ettevõtte maine piiriüleste finantsstruktuuride spetsialiseeritud nõustajana.

      Aasta keskseks teemaks oli regulatiivse tegevusulatuse laiendamine. Tuginedes Politsei- ja Piirivalveameti tegevusloale ning

      Finantsinspektsioonis registreeritud väikese alternatiivfondi valitseja staatusele, alustas ettevõte täiendavate tegevuslubade võimaluste hindamist ja ettevalmistamist. Nende hulka kuuluvad muu hulgas krediidiandja ja krediidivahendaja tegevusloa taotlemine krediidiandjate ja -vahendajate seaduse alusel ning ühisrahastusteenuse osutaja tegevusloa taotlemine Euroopa ühisrahastusteenuse osutajate määruse (ECSPR) alusel. Nende algatuste eesmärk on võimaldada ettevõttel kontrollitud ja täielikult tegevuslubadel põhinev reguleeritud teenuste laiendamine, tuginedes olemasolevale rahapesu ja terrorismi rahastamise tõkestamise (AML/CFT) ning nõuetele vastavuse infrastruktuurile.

      Ettevõte jätkas strateegilist suunamuutust, vähendades vastastikuse laenamise (peer-to-peer lending) osakaalu ning keskendudes võlainstrumentide väärtpaberistamisele ja professionaalsetele investoritele suunatud struktureeritud krediiditoodetele. Samuti jätkati piiriüleste võlaväärtpaberite struktuuride ning nendega seotud arveldus- ja usaldusisikuteenuste infrastruktuuri arendamist.

      Laenutegevus jäi konservatiivseks ja selektiivseks. Kõigis jurisdiktsioonides karmistati krediidiriski hindamise standardeid ning jätkati Ukraina laenuportfelli stabiliseerimist, arvestades kehtivaid piiranguid. Ettevõte tugevdas jätkuvalt ka oma sisemist juhtimissüsteemi ning AML/CFT nõuetele vastavust, investeerides kliendi tuvastamise, tehingute seire, sõelumise ja aruandluse protsessidesse ning töötajate koolitamisse.

      Vaadates ette 2026. aastasse, kavatseb Benedixus OÜ jätkata oma reguleeritud tegevusulatuse sihipärast laiendamist, edendada tegevuslubade taotlemise algatusi, tugevdada oma positsiooni alternatiivsete investeerimisfondide (AIF) ja nende valitsejate (AIFM) valdkonnas ning laiendada nõustamis- ja võlainstrumentide struktureerimise teenuseid, säilitades samal ajal konservatiivse krediidipoliitika ja tugeva nõuetele vastavuse süsteemi.
