      Sissejuhatus

      Popup Hotell OÜ on asutatud 30.05.2019. Popup Hotell OÜ tegeleb majutusteenuse osutamisega, majutus toimub moodulmajadest ehitatud tubades.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum.

      2022 aastal moodustas Popup Hotell OÜ müügitulu 326 551 eurot (2021 oli näitaja 226 908). Müügitulust moodustas 100% teenuste müük

      Eestisse.

      Popup Hotelli majandusaasta tulemiks kujunes kasum 32 023 eurot.

      Investeeringud.

      Aruandeperioodil investeeriti põhivarasse 47 306 eurot.

      Personal

      Aruandeperioodil oli ettevõttel keskmiselt viis töötajat. Juhatuse liikmetele tasusid ei makstud.

      Eesmärgid järgmiseks majandusaastaks

      Popup Hotell OÜ peaeesmärgiks 2023 aastal on kahjumist välja jõudmine.

      2022.a lõpuga on ettevõtte netovara vähem, kui Äriseadustiku §-s 176 lubatud, ettevõtte juhatus on tekkinud olukorrast teadlik ning tegeleb omakapitali vastavusse viimisega Äriseadustiku nõuetega.
