      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      VapperFinants OÜ põhitegevusalaks on raamatupidamisteenuste ja maksunõustamise pakkumine. Ettevõtte eesmärk on pakkuda klientidele usaldusväärset, korrektset ja professionaalset tuge raamatupidamise korraldamisel ning maksuküsimustes.

      Aruandeaastal keskendus ettevõte peamiselt oma tegevuse ettevalmistamisele ja teenuste arendamisele. Ettevõte tegeles turundustegevustega, et suurendada nähtavust ning jõuda potentsiaalsete klientideni. Aruandeaasta jooksul valmis ettevõtte koduleht, mis loob aluse ettevõtte teenuste tutvustamiseks ning klientide leidmiseks ka edaspidi. Aruandeperioodi lõpu seisuga ettevõttel aktiivseid kliente veel ei olnud.

      Ettevõte jätkab tegevust 2026. aastal. Järgneval majandusaastal on eesmärk leida uusi kliente, suurendada müügitulu ning arendada edasi ettevõtte turundustegevusi. Fookuses on ettevõtte teenuste nähtavuse kasvatamine, kliendibaasi loomine ning stabiilse tegevusmahu saavutamine. Juhatus hindab, et ettevõtte tegevusvaldkonnas on jätkuvalt nõudlus professionaalsete raamatupidamis- ja maksunõustamisteenuste järele.

      Aruandeaasta lõpu seisuga ei vastanud ettevõtte omakapital seaduses sätestatud nõuetele. Juhatus on teadlik vajadusest viia omakapital vastavusse äriseadustikus sätestatud nõuetega ning on kavandanud selleks vajalikud meetmed. Omakapitali taastamine on kavandatud eelkõige majandustegevuse elavdamise kaudu, sealhulgas uute klientide leidmise ja müügitulu kasvatamise teel. Vajaduse korral teeb omanik ettevõttesse täiendava rahalise sissemakse, et tagada omakapitali vastavus seadusest tulenevatele nõuetele.

      Ettevõtte juhatuse hinnangul on VapperFinants OÜ tegevus jätkuv ning 2026. aastal jätkatakse aktiivselt ettevõtte arendamist ja kliendibaasi kasvatamist.
