      OÜ STÜ Investeeringud moodustus AS STÜ Kapitaliinvesteeringud ümberkujundamisel. Ümberkujundamise protsess lõppes 19.veebruaril 2021.aastal registreerimisega Äriregistris. Osaühingu osakapital on 2500 eurot, mis kuulub 100% Saaremaa Tarbijate Ühistule.

      29. augustil 2023. aastal otsustas ainuomanik lõpetada osaühingu tegevuse likvideerimisega kuna tegevust polnud alustatud ega perspektiivis ette näha.

      Lõpparuanne on koostatud perioodi 30.08.2023-25.03.2024 kohta. Osaühingu lõpetamisel ülejäänud vara (raha arvelduskontol) kantakse üle ainuosanikule.
