      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      ESTMA HPT OÜ põhitegevuseks on Sadama 4 kinnistu arendus, hoone ehitamine ja ekspluatatsioon.

      Hoone hakkab koosnema ligikaudu 70% hotelli- (Hyatt rahvusvaheline hotellikett) ja 30% büroopindadest.

      Hoone ehitamisega tehti algust mais 2023, peatöövõtjaks Merko AS, omaniku järelvalvet teostab Telora AS.

      Tegevusaruande perioodi (31.12.2024) seisuga on lõpetatud hoone projekteerimistööd, hoone karkassi ehitustööd ning avad (uksed/aknad) on kaetud. Alustatud on ka eritööde teostamisega (tehnosüsteemide ehitus) ning fassaadi viimistlustöödega. Hoone siseselt on alustatud kipsseinte, -lagede ehituse ja siseviimistlusega.

      Ehitustööd jätkuvad kuni 2025 sügiseni, kinnisvara maaklerettevõttega on sõlmitud vastav teenusleping potensiaalsete üürnike otsimiseks valmiva hoone büroopindadele.
