      Molem OÜ on asutatud 2019. aastal ja on 100% Eesti kapitalil.

      31.12.2023 seisuga töötab ettevõttes 1 töölepinguline töötaja. Eelneval majandusaastal juhatusele väljamakseid ei tehtud, sh. dividendide väljamakseid.

      Majandusaasta lõppedes teenis ettevõtte kasumit 4 730 eurot. Tulenevalt olukorrast, et eelnevatest perioodidest on jaotamata kahjum 1 025 eurot ja osakapitali sissemakse on tegemata, siis kasumit väljamakseid teha ei tohi. Kahjumi katmiseks tehtakse vajadusel täiendavaid sissemakseid reservidesse.

      Järgnevaks majandusaastaks tegevusplaane pole tehtud, pigem jätkata tegevusega.
