      Majandusaastal (periood 09.12.2025 - 31.12.2025) tegutseti peamiselt kortermaja arendamise projektiga ning müüdi kortereid.

      Majandusaasta lõppes kasumiga ning omakapital taastus.

      Majandusaasta lõpus arendamisjärgus oleva kortermaja korterite väärtust ei ole bilansipäeva seisuga hinnatud nende müügihinnale, vaid nad on raamatupidamises kajastatud soetamisväärtuses. Seetõttu on oodata järgmisel majandusaastal taas kasumit.

      Järgneval majandusaastal kavatsetakse jätkata kortermaja arendamise projektiga.
