      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Umile OÜ aasta 2023 kulges positiivse noodina. Ettevõte on suurendas käivet 37% võrreldes aastaga 2022. Käibe tõus tuli ennekõike kliendiusalduse võitmises kvaliteetse toote pakkumisel. Aastal 2023 vahetati välja suurem osa pagariseadmetest ning loodi uus pagaritoodete küpsetamise koht Merimetsa Umilesse, mis aruande kinnitamise ajaks on ennast juba tõestanud.

      Aastal 2023 renoveeriti täielikult Merimetsa Umile kohviku ruumid ja sisustati uue mööbliga.

      Eesmärgiks 2024 on seatud ruumide renoveerimine Haabersti Umiles.

      Ootused aastale 2024 saavad olema suures osas seotud toorainega. Toorainehinna kõikumine on kohati kuni 20% nii allapoole kui ka ülesse poole.

      Aastal 2024 pikendatakse Merimetsa Umiles rendilepingut veel viis aastat, kus esimese aasta kasumimarginalist peaks saama kaetud renoveerimiskulud.

      Ettevõte on saavutanud teatud stabiilsuse personali osas. Kõik omaniku poolt soovitud ideed on kaetud tegvuste ja töökätega.
