      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Temparu OÜ alustas majandustegevust 2019 aasta oktoobris ja aruandeaasta 2023 põhitegevuseks on USA ettevõtte

      TEMPUR toodete maale toomine ja edasimüük vastavas kaupluses.

      2023 aastal sulges Temparu OÜ esinduskaupluse Tallinnas, T1 keskuses, seoses kaubanduskeskuses oleva ebapiisava klientuuri ja tulu märgatava langusega. Vaatamata kontseptsiooni muutusele, T1 kaubanduskeskus on alates 2023 aastast muutunud Outlet keskuseks, ei muutunud T1 kaubanduskeskuse tingimused, ainuke, mis muutus, oli hinnatundlik klientuur, kellele eksklusiivne Tempur hinnaliselt ei sobinud.

      Temparu OÜ avas august 2023 uue multibränd-kaupluse SleepCity-Hea Une Valem parema lokatsiooni ja suurusega ning tuues juurde uusi tooteid Sealy ja SmartSleep tootjatelt, et katta puuduoleva magamistoodete põhigrupi turuosa.

      Lisaks tegeleb Temparu OÜ ka Decoflux voodite ja voodipesu distributsiooniga Eestis.

      Põhilised koostööpartnerid Eestis olid aruandeperioodil erinevad eraisikud ja füsioterapeudid üle Eesti.

      Bilansiväliseid varasid ja kohustusi osaühingul ei ole.

      2024-2025 aastatel on plaanis: - müügitulu suurendamine uue kliendibaasi laiendamisega, - hotellituru avastamine ja uute äripartnerite leidmine - odavamate Tempur toodete toomine Eesti turule.
