      2025 aastal tegutseb Salthill Studio OÜ oma kuuendal tegevusaastal. Ettevõtte kogukäive kasvas võrreldes eelmise aastaga, samas kui müügiarvete arv püsis stabiilsena. Sisekujunduse valdkonnas jätkati tööd olemasolevate projektidega ning aruandeaastal ei lisandunud olulisi uusi projekte ega kliente. Ettevõte jätkas koostööd olemasolevate partneritega Ühendkuningriigis ja Madalmaades. Peamised kliendid on jätkuvalt DesignTank, Soo Yeah Studio ja The Yard Creative Ühendkuningriigis, samuti Via Outlets Madalmaades ning Freeport Lisboa Fashion

      Outlet Portugalis.

      Ettevõttel on üks palgaline töötaja. 2026. aasta eesmärk on säilitada praegune käibe tase ja jätkata olemasolevaid partnerlussuhteid, otsides võimaluse korral uusi projekte ja koostöövõimalusi.

      Salthill Studio OÜ väärtustab inimõiguste austamist, väldib korruptsiooni, tegutseb sotsiaalselt ja keskkonnaalaselt vastutustundlikult ning juhib võimalikke riske vastavalt kehtivatele seadustele ja tavadele.

      Ettevõttel on üheliikmeline juhatus ning juhatuse liige on Tallinnas elav Keith Jeremy Orchard. 2025. aastal ei saanud juhatuse liige tasu.

      Juhatusele ei ole kehtestatud soodustusi ega kokkuleppeid hüvitiste maksmiseks ennetähtaegse lõpetamise korral.

In the field of interior design, work continued on existing projects, with no significant new projects or clients added during the reporting year. The company continued its cooperation with existing partners in the United Kingdom and the

      Netherlands. The main clients remain DesignTank, Soo Yeah Studio, and The Yard Creative in the UK, as well as Via Outlets in the

      Netherlands, and Freeport Lisboa Fashion Outlet in Portugal.

      The company has one salaried employee. In 2026, the objective is to maintain the current level of turnover and continue existing partnerships, while seeking new projects and collaboration opportunities where possible.

      Salthill Studio OÜ values respect for human rights, avoids corruption, operates in a socially and environmentally responsible manner, and manages potential risks in accordance with applicable laws and practices.

      The company has a one-member management board, and the board member is Keith Jeremy Orchard, residing in Tallinn. In 2025, the board member did not receive any remuneration. No benefits or agreements regarding compensation for early termination have been established for the board.

      There are no plans to allocate funds for research and development for the years 2025–2026.
