      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Tuukri Kodu OÜ on Metro Capital OÜ konsolideerimisgruppi kuuluv kinnisvaraarendusettevõte. Ettevõte omandas 2020. aastal Tallinnas kinnistud aadressil Tuukri 22 ja Tuukri 26, millele kehtestati 2025. aastal detailplaneering 5-korruselise elu- ja ärihoone rajamiseks. Pärast detailplaneeringu kehtestamist otsustas ettevõte arendusprojekti võõrandada ning lõpetada 2025. aasta lõpuga osaühingu tegevus. 2025. aastal teenis OÜ Tuukri Kodu lisaks üüritulu kinnistul asuva restoranihoone ja autoparkla väljaüürimisest.

      Ettevõtte juhatus on kolmeliikmeline. Aruandeperioodil juhatusele tasu ei makstud. Töötajaid ettevõttes ei ole. Ettevõtte aktiivset tegevust juhib

      Metro Capital OÜ sõlmitud projektijuhtimislepingu alusel.
