      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Miniladu Oü alustas 2020 aastal arendustegevusega, mille käigus valmis uusehitis.

      Laohoone, aadressil Vägeva tee 3a Peetri, milles asuvad rendiboksid ja laopinnad.

      2021 alustasime majandustegevusega, kuid seoses laenukapitalli kaasamise ja intressiarvestuse tõttu kujunes nii esimese, kui ka 2021 majandusaasta lõpuks kahjum. Olles alustav ettevõte, tekkis olukord, kus omakapital ei vastanud nõuetele.

      2023 aasta kujunes kasumlikuks ning omakapitali tase vastab nõuetele 2024 aasta loodame saada laohoone täies mahus kasutusse, mis hetkel ootab jätkuvalt viimaseid kinnitusi. Tegevusloa saamine on viibinud seoses tee-ehituse venimisega ja juhatus loodab tavapärases mahus majandustegevusega alustada 2024. aasta jooksul. Kinnitame, et ettevõte on jätkuvalt tegutsev.
