      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Eesti Metsakinnistud OÜ tegeleb peamiselt metsamaa vahenduse ning raieõiguse müügi ja organiseerimisega.

      2024. majandusaastal teenis ettevõte müügitulu 651701 eurot. Aasta lõpes kahjumiga -54905 eurot. 2023. majandusaastal oli ettevõte käive 572480 eurot, mille juures teeniti kahjumit -79445 eurot. Kahjumid on tingitud peamiselt Eesti makromajanduskeskkonna mõjust. Ettevõtte juhatus prognoosib 2025. aastal müügitulu kasvu.

      2024. majandusaasta lõpu seisuga on ettevõtte omakapital alla äriseadustikus sätestatud miinimumnõude. Juhatus on olukorrast teadlik ning plaanib 2025. aastal võtta tarvitusele meetmed omakapitali taastamiseks. Planeeritavad sammud hõlmavad kasumlikkuse suurendamist müügitulu kasvatamise ja kulude optimeerimise kaudu. Samuti kaalutakse vajadusel omanike täiendavat sissemakset või muudatusi osakapitalis vastavuse tagamiseks seadusest tulenevatele nõuetele.

      Ettevõte jätkab samal tegevusalal ka järgmisel majandusaastal.
