      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Kru Design OÜ on 18. Detsembril 2019 asutatud ettevõte, mille põhitegevusalaks on graafiline disain, illustratsioon, disain, bränding, logokujundus, visuaalne identiteet, brändistrateegia, konsultatsioon.

      Ettevõtte majandusaasta algab 01.01 ja lõppeb 31.12.

      Ettevõtte raamatupidamine on koostatud lähtudes Eesti Vabariigi raamatupidamise seadusest ning Eesti finantsaruandluse standardist.

      2024. aastal plaanib ettevõte jätkata tegutsemist samas ärivaldkonnas.

      Asjaolu, et ettevõtte netovara on langenud alla seaduses sätestatud miinimumi, ei tekita juhatuse hinnangul kahtlust ettevõtte suutlikkuses jätkata jätkuvalt tegutsevana ega too kaasa vajadust ettevõtte äritegevuse lõpetamiseks. Juhatuse hinnangul on ettevõte suutlik täitma oma jooksvaid kohustusi võlausaldajate ees.

      Kui käesoleva majandusaasta lõppedes ei ole ettevõtte äritegevuse tulemusena netovara nõue siiski täidetud, otsustab osanik netovara taastamiseks vajalike meetmete rakendamise, lähtudes Äriseadustikus § 176 sätestatud kohustusest. Kui see osutub vajalikuks, on omanik valmis täiendavalt panustama.
