      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Meistrimeeste Grupp on 19 detsembril 2019 asutatud Eesti kapitalil põhinev ehitus- ja remonditöödele orienteeritud ettevõte.

      2022 aastal tehti peamiselt remondi- ja (ümber)ehtiustöid.

      Eestis on tohutu kiirusega suurenev inflatsioon. Lisaks on endiselt tuntav Koroonakriisi mõju nii väiksematel ettevõtetel kui eraisikutel. See halvendab meie potentsiaalsete klientide investeeringute tegemist.

      Raha liikumise osas on inimesed väga ettevaatlikud ja seetõttu ollakse üli ettevaatlikud kokkulepete sõlmimisel. Väikeste tööde otsad, kus eelarve on tagasihoidlik, on ettevõtja jaoks lõpptulemusena pigem kahjulikud. Rasked valikud - kas teha tööd null-kasumiga või üldse mitte midagi teha. Kui objekt peaks venima meist mitteolenevatel põhjustel ja vahepeal muutub raha hind, mis juhtub siis kasumiga (või nulliga toimetulekuga)?

      Järgmisesse aastasse minnakse edasi siiski entusiastlikult, sest me oleme Meistrimehed ja igale kehvale ajale järgneb veidi parem aeg ja siis veel veidi parem aeg!
