      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      SGT Spirits OÜ asutati 07.01.2020. Olid ees ehituse proektid. Kahjuks Covidi 19 pandeemia ning sõda ei lastnud edasi liikuda. Sellega seoses 2020 - 2023 tegevust ei teostanud.

      Aruande netovara ei vasta seaduses toodud nõudele. Osaühingu omakapital on vähem kui seadusega lubatud minimaalne osakapitali suurus (2500 eurot). Juhtkond jälgib tõhusalt turgu ning taastab omakapitali seaduse vastavale aastal 2024.

      Ettevõtte on juhatuse hinnangul jätkuvalt tegutsev.
