      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Osaühing J&D on loodud eraisiku poolt 08.01.2020.

      J&D OÜ on reklaamiagentuur, mis pakub turundusalaseid konsultatsioone ja mitmekesiseid teenuseid väike- ja keskmise suurusega ettevõtetele ning persoonibrändidele. Ettevõtte põhitegevuseks on strateegilise turunduse, brändingu ja sisuloome alased lahendused. 2024. aastal alustas ettevõte aktiivset tegevust pärast varasemat pausi. Aasta keskendus eelkõige ettevõtte taaskäivitamisele, mille olulisemateks sammudeks olid kliendibaasi loomine ja uute kontaktide otsimine ning agentuuri veebilehe väljatöötamine. Kodulehe arendus oli üks mahukamaid tegevusi, mis aitas luua tugeva aluse edasiseks turundustegevuseks ja nähtavuse suurendamiseks.

      Majandusaasta lõpetati kahjumiga 7 624 eurot. Kulud olid seotud peamiselt arendustegevuse ja turunduse alustamisega.

      2025. aasta eesmärkideks on uute klientide leidmine ja koostöösuhete arendamine, et suurendada ettevõtte müügitulu ja tugevdada turupositsiooni. Plaanis on teenusteportfelli edasi arendada ja suurendada koostööd teiste valdkondade spetsialistidega.

      Peamised riskitegurid on seotud Eesti üldise majanduskeskkonnaga ja reklaami- ning turundusturu kõikumisega, sealhulgas klientide turunduseelarvete vähenemisega.

      Ettevõttel on üks juhatuse liige, kes aruandeaastal tasu ei saanud ning palgalisi töötajaid aruandeperioodil ei olnud.
