      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Osaühing TTK Grupp asutati 10. veebruaril 2020 aastal äriregistri numbriga 14907821. Ettevõte tegeleb elamute ja mitteeluhoonete ehitusega, katusetöödega ja päikesepaneelide paigaldusega.

      Ettevõttes on 31.12.2025 seisuga 1 palgaline töötaja, kes on ühtlasi ka juhatuse liige. Makstud töötasu aruandeaastal oli 15 823 eurot.

      Ettevõte lõpetas majandusaasta kahjumiga.

      2026 aastal on plaanis suurendada jätkuvalt ettevõtte käivet, pakkudes kvaliteetset ja usaldusväärset teenust ehitusvaldkonnas, suurendades seeläbi ka ettevõtte kasumit ja omakapitali. Vajadusel suurendada ka ettevõtte põhivara ja töömahu suurenemisel kasvatada kollektiivi. Vaadata üle kulutused ja teha vajalikke korrektuure.

      Juhtkond kinnitab, et ettevõtte on jätkuvalt tegutsev ning on võtnud kasutusele kõik vajalikud meetmed, et tagada ettevõtte jätkusuutlikus.
