      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Extreme OÜ on asutatud 26. veebruaril 2020 aastal. Ettevõtte põhitegevusalaks on mujal liigitamata lõbustus- ja vaba aja tegevused.

      Ettevõtte 2024. aasta müügikäive oli 126 312 eurot (2023. aastal oli 167 740 eurot). Majandusaasta lõpetati kahjumiga. Juhatuse liikme tööd ei tasustatud.

      Extreme OÜ majandusaasta netovara ei vasta seaduses toodud nõudele, mis on vähem kui pool seadusega lubatud minimaalne osakapitali suurus (2 500 eurot). Kuna tegemist on ettevõttega kus osakapital on sissemakseta, siis on kavandatud 2025. aastal maksta sisse osakapital ja suurendada müügikäivet, mis tagaks omakapitali netovara nõude.

      2025. aastal jätkatakse põhitegevusega.
