      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Wayren on Eesti tehnoloogiaettevõte, mis arendab turvalist ja töökindlat sideplatvormi, et tagada olukorrateadlikkus ja tõhustada otsustusprotsesse missioonikriitilistes valdkondades.

      2024 majandusaastal keskendusime peamiselt pilootprojektide läbiviimisele ning skaleeritava täistoote arendamisele tuvastatud kaitsetööstuse sihtkliendi jaoks. Eesmärkide saavutamiseks viisime läbi 725 000-eurose „Seed“-rahastusvooru, mida juhtis BSV Ventures ning milles osalesid

      Depo Ventures ja ingelinvestorid, sealhulgas Taavi Veskimägi ja Kuldar Väärsi. Samuti valiti meid välja enam kui 2600 rahvusvahelise taotleja seast osalema NATO DIANA kiirendis, mille raames saime oma lahendust tutvustada lõppkasutajatele, viia läbi testimisi ning kasutada ekspertvõrgustiku tuge.

      Alustasime koostööd kahe rahvusvahelise partneriga – ST Engineering ja EFA Group – oma toodete integreerimiseks ja rahvusvaheliseks turustamiseks. Lisaks sõlmisime 8 miljoni euro suuruse strateegilise investeeringu lepingu kaitsetööstuse kontserniga EFA Group, et toetada arendustegevusi ja müügi skaleerimist.

      Majandusaasta lõpuks oleme valideerinud oma toote ja turu sobivuse ning taganud täiendava rahastuse turule sisenemise strateegia elluviimiseks.
