      Bshibb OÜ on 2020. aastal loodud valdusettevõte, mille kontserni kuulub Valvekliinik OÜ (100%), SL Meedik OÜ (100%) ja LLK Kinnisvara OÜ (75%).

      Valdusettevõtte majandustegevuseks on soetatud põhivara rent.

      Valdusettevõtte omaniku esindaja on Valvekliinik OÜ, SL Meedik OÜ ja LLK Kinnisvara OÜ juhatuse liikmed, kes vastutavad tütarettevõtete igapäevase toimimise ja arendamise eest. Seega omab valdusettevõtte omaniku esindaja lisaks enamusosalusele ka reaalset mõju tütarettevõttete igapäevasele käekäigule, mis tagab valdusettevõtete huvide saavutamise ja kaitsmise.
