      Tegevusaruanne 2022

      Osaühing Ossomtossom on asutatud 2020. aasta mais. Ettevõtte põhitegevusalaks turundus ja reklaam ning külaliskorterite väljarentimine.

      Samade tegevusaladega plaanitakse jätkata ka järgmisel aastal.

      Ossomtossom OÜ tegeles 2022. aastal kahe peamise tegevussuunaga – üürikinnisvara haldamise ja arendamisega ning turundustegevustega.

      Seoses investeeringutega kinnisvara arendamisse ning ettevõtte edendamisse, kanti kahjumit ning ka omakapital jäi negatiivseks. Kahjumit kaetakse tuleviku kasumite arvelt – eelkõige üüritulu kasv.

      2022.aastal oli osaühing Ossomtossom käive 13 236 eurot. Kahjumit saadi 2022. aastal 7 042 eurot. Bilansimaht oli 57 242 eurot.

      Seisuga 31.12.2022 ei tööta ettevõttes töölepingu alusel ühtegi töötajat.

      2022 aasta 31.detsemberi seisuga oli osaühingus Ossomtossom üks juhatuse liige, kellele juhatuse liikme tasusid ei arvestatud ega makstud välja.
