      Ettevõtte tegevus ja areng

      Rumela OÜ asutati 2020. aastal, mille põhitegevusalaks on reklaamiagentuuri teenuste osutamine. Ettevõtte kõrvaltegevusalaks on enda kinnisvara üürileandmine. Ettevõtte missiooniks on pakkuda oma klientidele kvaliteetseid reklaami- ja turunduslahendusi, mis aitavad neil saavutada oma eesmärke ning tugevdada oma brändi kohalolekut turul. Kinnisvara üürileandmine on ettevõtte kõrvaltegevus, mille eesmärgiks on luua täiendavat sissetulekut.

      Müügitulu ja finantsnäitajad

      Aasta jooksul teenis Rumela OÜ reklaamiagentuuri tegevusest müügitulu summas 64 986 eurot. Samuti teeniti 3000 eurot tulu enda kinnisvara üürileandmisest. Kokku ulatus ettevõtte müügitulu 67 986 eurole.

      Ettevõtte aasta kasum oli 11 651 eurot, mis näitab head finantsilist seisundit ja suutlikkust genereerida kasumit oma tegevusest.

      Laenukohustused ja rahaline seis

      Ettevõttel puuduvad laenukohustused, mis viitab sellele, et Rumela OÜ on oma finantsvõimekuse ja tegevuse juhtimise osas olnud konservatiivne ja rahaliselt stabiilne.

      Kokkuvõte 2024. aasta oli Rumela OÜ jaoks edukas, saavutades tugeva kasumi ja olles finantsiliselt tasakaalus. Aastal 2025 plaanib ettevõte jätkata oma teenuste arendamist ja laienemist turul, keskendudes kvaliteedi täiustamisele.

      Ettevõttel on üks juhatuse liige ning talle arvestati ja maksti juhatuse liikme tasu summas 5 406,88 eurot.
