      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      OÜ Ressoor asutati 2020 aastal valdusetevõttena. Alates asutamisest on OÜ Ressoor juhatus liikunud järjekindlalt ning eesmärgipäraselt püstitatud ülesannete täitmisel ja valitud tegevusalal püsides. Põhiline tegevus 2023 aastal oli omandatud kinnisvara korrastamine ning parendamine, mille käigus tehti suuremaid investeeringuid ostetud või muul viisil omandatud korterite viimistluse parendamiseks edaspidise väljarentimise eesmärgil. Samuti renditi välja omandatud ja korrastatud kinnisvara ning valmistuti järgmiste kinnisvarainvesteeringute tegemiseks. Kõrvaltegevusena anti rendile ka remonditööde jaoks ostetud tööriistu mis olid oma ülesande täitnud kuid kasutuskõlblikud. Juhatus tegutses sellel ajal vabatahtlikkuse alusel ja ilma tasuta. 2024 aasta plaanides on refinantseerida võetud laenud paremate tingimustega laenude vastu, võõrandada vähese tulubaasiga kinnisvaraobjektid ning kasutada saadud raha ettevõttesisesteks investeeringuteks, suurendada ettevõtte omanduses olevate rendikorterite arvu ning teenida nende rendileandmisest tulu.
