      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      M-BESS OÜ põhitegevusalaks oli lõppenud majandusaastal ja on ka planeeritud järgnevateks ehituslik insener-tehniline projekteerimine ja nõustamine.

      Lõppenud majandusaastal saadi müügitulu 10 747 (2024; 12 432) eurot, kauba-ja materjalikulud moodustasid 52 078 (2024; 10 195) eurot ning tegevuskulud 2 135 (2024; 1 239) eurot. Majandusaasta lõppes -43 466 (2024; 998) euro suuruse kahjumiga/kasumiga.

      Lõppenud majandusaastal ei investeeritud põhivaradesse.

      Arengu- ja uurimusväljaminekuid ettevõtte arengukava kohaselt lõppenud majandusaastal ei tehtud ning ei planeerita olulises osas teha ka järgmisel majandusaastal.

      Bilansipäeva seisuga 31.12.2025 ei vasta osaühingu netovara Äriseadustiku § 176 nõuetele. Osaühingu netovara plaanitakse suurendada järgmiste perioodide kasumi arvelt, mille tulemusena viiakse netovara vastavusse Äriseadustiku nõuetega. Juhul kui järgmiste perioodide kasum ei kata kahjumit on osanik valmis suurendama osaühingu osakapitali ulatuses, mis tagaks netovara vastavuse Äriseadustiku nõuetega.
