      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Elsi Dizain OÜ tegeles 2025. majandusaastal peamiselt lasteriiete õmblusteenuse ja toodangu valmistamisega. Lisaks osutati turundusteenuseid ning valmistati ja müüdi küünlaid ja muid käsitöötooteid. Ettevõtte tegevus oli suunatud väikese ja paindliku teenuse- ja tootmismahu pakkumisele vastavalt klientide vajadustele.

      2025. aastal oli müügitulu 38 486 eurot. Müügitulu suurenes võrreldes eelmise aastaga, mis näitab ettevõtte tegevusmahu olulist kasvu. Suurima osa müügitulust moodustasid lasteriiete õmblusteenus ja toodang (19 879 eurot) ning turundusteenused (11 319 eurot). Lisaks saadi tulu küünalde müügist ja töötubade korraldamisest.

      Seisuga 31.12.2025 oli varade kogumaht 12 376 eurot. Omakapital oli aasta lõpus 3 867 eurot, millest osakapital moodustas 2 500 eurot, reservkapital 100 eurot, eelmiste perioodide jaotamata kasum 1 177 eurot ning aruandeaasta kasum 90 eurot.

      2025. majandusaastal jätkas äriühing oma tegevuse arendamist ning soetas materiaalset põhivara. Ettevõte keskendub edaspidi oma olemasolevate tegevussuundade arendamisele, klientide arvu kasvatamisele ning teenuste ja toodete valiku järkjärgulisele laiendamisele.

      Ettevõtte tegevust mõjutavad eelkõige tarbijate nõudlus, sisendmaterjalide hinnad, teenuste hinnatase ning üldine majanduskeskkond. Ettevõtte tegevusmahu suurenemise tõttu pööratakse edaspidi tähelepanu piisava rahavoo säilitamisele ja kulude kontrolli all hoidmisele. Juhtkonna hinnangul ei ole majandusaasta aruande koostamise seisuga teada asjaolusid, mis võiksid oluliselt mõjutada ettevõtte tegevuse jätkumist järgmisel majandusaastal.

      Elsi Dizain OÜ eesmärgiks jätkata lasteriiete õmblusteenuse ja toodangu pakkumist, arendada turundusteenuste suunda ning jätkata käsitöötoodete ja töötubadega. Ettevõte soovib suurendada müügitulu, parandada tegevuse kasumlikkust ning hoida ettevõtte finantsseisundit stabiilsena.
