      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      STACROLOFT INC. OÜ asutati 14. septembril 2020. aastal. Ettevõte pakkub sellised teenused nagu muu vedel- ja gaaskütuse jms hulgimüük, logistikateenused, mootorsõidukite ning nende osade ja lisaseadmete hulgimüük. Sama tegevus jätkub 2025. aastal.

      Aruandeaastal oli soetatud tütarettevõte FOREST-OIL LLC (100% osalus) - investeeringu maksumus on 500 755 eurot. Järgmiseks aastaks olulisi investeeringuid ei planeerita.

      2024. aastal on ettevõtet juhtinud üheliikmeline juhatus (2023: 1) kes osaleb aktiivselt ettevõtte igapäevases äritegevuses ja omab kindlaid funktsioone. 2024. aastal juhatuse liikmele arvestatud tasu moodustas 43 191 eurot (2023: 30 488 eurot).

      Raamatupidamise aastaaaruanne on koostatud lähtudes tegevuse jätkuvuse printsiibist.
