Senioritreening 55 — turvaline ja tulemuslik rühmatreening

Senioritreening on kahekorra nädalas toimuv rühmatreening, mis on spetsiaalselt kohandatud 55 osalejate vajadustele. Treening keskendub tasakaalu parandamisele, funktsionaalsele tugevusele ja liikumisvõime säilitamisele läbi sihipäraste jõuharjutusede ja mobiilsust toetavate harjutuste. Juhtiv treener tagab turvalise, sotsiaalse ja motiveeriva keskkonna, kus igapäevased tegevused muutuvad kergemaks ja enesekindlus kasvab.

Kes saab enim kasu?

Programmi on loodud inimestele vanuses 55 , kes soovivad säilitada või taastada igapäevast liikuvust, vähendada kukkumisohtu ning hoida lihasjõudu. Sobib nii neile, kes alustavad treeninguga esimest korda pärast pikka pausi, kui ka neile, kes tahavad säilitada aktiivset eluviisi ning ennetada vanusest tingitud funktsionaalseid muutusi.

Mida treening sisaldab ja miks see töötab

Treenitunnid kombineerivad lihtsaid, meditsiiniliselt põhjendatud harjutusi, mis toetavad igapäevast funktsionaalsust. Keskmes on:

  • Tasakaalu harjutused, mis vähendavad kukkumisohtu ja parandavad stabiilsust igas olukorras;
  • Jõuharjutused kehale kohandatud intensiivusega, et säilitada lihasmass ja liigeste tugi;
  • Mobiilsus- ja painduvusharjutused, mis lihtsustavad keerukamaid liigutusi ja igapäevatoimetusi;
  • Progressiivsuse põhimõte: harjutused arenevad osaleja tasemega, tagades ohutu ja järjepideva arengut.
