      Bomar Ehitus OÜ on loodud 2020. aasta septembrikuus ning ettevõtte põhitegevuseks on elamute ja mitteeluhoonete ehitus. Ettevõttel on kaks osanikku ja kaks juhatuse liiget. Juhatuse liikmete tööd ei tasustata.

      2024. aastal otsustas ettevõtte tegutsemise peatada. Aktiivne tegevus toimus ainult I kvartalis. Järgneval perioodil on kavas müüa ära ettevõttele kuuluvad varad, mille tulemusel netovara miinimum suurus on tagatus.
