      Flexi Invest OÜ (edaspidi Flexi) on asutatud valdus- ja investeerimisühinguna 14.10.2020.

      Flexi Invest OÜ omandas 2020 aastal Soome juhtiva taimse toidu ettevõttes Meeat Food Tech OY kontrollosaluse.

      31.12.24 seisuga oli Flexi osalus ettevõttes Meeat Food Tech OY 54,4%.

      2025. aastal omandas ettevõte täiendavalt 923081 Meeat Food Techi aktsiat ning 31.12.25 seisuga oli ettevõtte osalus 56,46%.

      Flexil 2025. a a müüki ei olnud (2024: 0 eurot). Ettevõtte 2025. a kahjum 56 tuhat eurot (2024a kasum : 88 tuhat eurot).

      Juhatus koosneb kahest liikmest. Juhatuse liikmetele tasusid ei arvestatud ega makstud.

      Seisuga 31.12.2025 ettevõttes töötajaid ei olnud.
