      Uphouses OÜ põhitegevusalaks on elementmajade tootmine ning sellega seotud arendustegevus. 2024. aastal keskendus ettevõte tootearendusele, tarnijate ja koostööpartnerite võrgustiku kujundamisele ning müügitegevustele. Eesmärk on pakkuda nutikaid, kompaktseid ja kvaliteetseid elamislahendusi, mis sobivad nii aastaringseks kasutamiseks kui ka hooajalisteks vajadusteks.

      Majandusaasta lõpu seisuga oli ettevõtte omakapital ajutiselt negatiivne, mis tulenes peamiselt arendusperioodist ja esialgsetest investeeringutest. 2025. aastal on eesmärgiks tegevusmahu kasvatamine ja omakapitali taastamine läbi aktiivse müügi, kulude optimeerimise ning tootmisprotsesside efektiivistamise.

      Ettevõtte fookuses on jätkusuutlik tootmine, kliendikeskne lähenemine ning kaasaegsete elamislahenduste pakkumine nii Eesti kui ka eksporditurgudel.
